Physie is a fun dance fusion of jazz ballet, contemporary, aerobic cardio, pilates, and yoga! Our annual National dance choreography is specifically designed for each age group to enhance core strength, fitness, flexibility, and confidence. We offer all classes from Tiny Tots to Ladies and would love to meet you at PPC!
